"Everything is made in house with that soft serve carvel ice cream you can only get at a carvel. If it can be made, they'll make it for you. Cakes, shakes, sundaes, etc, just ask and they can probably do it. Lots of parking available. No indoor seating available."

"I come here occasionally. Low-fat vanilla, always tastes and mouth-feels better than the whole fat. Today I went there and their network suddenly went down so it could not take my credit card. Even though I had cash, I was obstinate on paying by card. The teen cashier told me to wait as my ice cream was melting. This very nice (possibly impatient?) white lady insisted on paying for my ice cream but really they should've let me have it for free. Again, thank you to that lady for paying even though covertly I had cash. LOL. I'll pay it forward next time. Also thanks to the bus driving lady who came to my car to give me her Wednesday BOGO free sundae before COVID. Otherwise the store and service has always been fine. Parking is very good. I still feel like the onus was on the store to furnish my order for free because of the tech problem. I have to dock 1 star."

"Omg the logistical supply chain issue has affected the making of the ever delightful Carvel ice cream Log. The box manufacturer is no longer making the box to put the Carvel ice cream log into so they are no longer making the log. What the heck people really! Find another box manufacturer!"

"Small location but with fast and efficient staff. Not really the best to sit and have a cone, especially if it's busy, but good for taking a cup or shake away if you live close by."

"This place was a staple of my adolescent years. Great shakes, prices are a bit high though. And of course if you use their parking lot to go somewhere else you'll get towed... that's just common sense."
